Gus Sparagis is the principal attorney with The Law Offices of Konstantine Sparagis, P.C.
Gus concentrates his practice in representing individuals and businesses in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Gus also handles a significant amount of bankruptcy litigation and commercial/civil litigation, including prosecuting and defending breach of contract, preference and fraudulent conveyance suits; representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings; and representing owners and contractors in construction litigation and mechanic’s lien claims. Gus also represents clients in out-of-court workout and restructuring matters. Gus has defended numerous mortgage foreclosure matters, both residential and commercial, and regularly represents creditors in foreclosure and eviction proceedings.
